Using Robin
You need an account. You are responsible for what you connect to it, and for having the right to connect it.
Recording meetings
You are responsible for obtaining consent from everyone in a meeting you record. Laws on this differ by jurisdiction and some require every participant to agree. Robin will not record a session you have not started.
Your content
Your files, transcripts and knowledge base remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you: storing, indexing and retrieving your content so it can answer your questions.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Robin to record people unlawfully.
- Do not upload content you have no right to use.
- Do not attempt to reach another account's data.
Availability and limits

Termination
You can close your account at any time and export or delete your data. Placeholder: our grounds for suspension and the notice period.
Liability
