Privacy
Robin reads only what you connect to it.
Last updated: placeholder date.
Placeholder policy. The principles below reflect how the product actually behaves today, but this document has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be before launch.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address and the profile you set up: name, role, background, and the voice settings used to phrase answers.
- Sources you connect. Files you upload, and the calendar, drive or mail accounts you explicitly authorise. Signing in alone indexes nothing.
- Meeting content. For meetings you choose to record: the audio captured during the session, its transcript, and anything extracted from it such as decisions, action items and summaries.
- Usage records. Questions you ask and the answers returned, kept so your history stays searchable.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not train shared models on your meeting content.
- We do not send email, messages or calendar invitations on your behalf. Robin can draft, but sending is always your action.
- We do not record a meeting you have not started recording.
Where it is stored
On the local-first path, your index, transcripts and keys stay on your own machine. On the hosted path, your data is stored per account and isolated from other accounts. Placeholder: name the hosting provider and regions here.
Model providers
Answers are generated by a model provider you choose. When a question is answered, the relevant retrieved excerpts are sent to that provider to produce the response. Placeholder: list the supported providers and link each one's data-handling terms.
Retention and deletion
You can delete any source, any meeting, or your whole account. Deleting a source removes its indexed content. Placeholder: state the exact retention windows and backup deletion lag.
Your rights
Placeholder: cover access, correction, export, erasure and objection, name the lawful bases, and give the contact route for requests.
