Robin

About

We built the thing we kept wishing existed at 9:58am.

Robin is a meeting assistant that listens, remembers, and answers from your own material.

Placeholder copy. The story, founding date and company details below are drafted from the project's own documentation and need your review before launch.

Why it exists

Meeting tools got very good at recording and never got good at remembering. You can replay any call from the last year and still not answer the only question that matters in the moment: what did we decide, and where is the proof?

Robin started as a personal tool. One person, too many calls, and a growing pile of notes that were technically searchable and practically useless. The first version did one thing: listen to a conversation, notice a question, and draft an answer grounded only in documents its owner had actually given it.

What we believe

How it works

Robin sits on three moments of a meeting. Before, it builds a briefing from your files, mail and previous calls on the same project, and carries forward any question you never got an answer to. During, it follows the transcript and answers checkable claims with a named source. After, it writes the recap: decisions, owed work with real owners, and the gaps it could not fill.

Where it runs

There is a local-first path where indexing, storage and the interface all run on your own machine, and a hosted path for people who would rather not run anything. You can bring your own model provider in either case.
